EthosLab. I drew this one while listening to a Smile remix on Youtube. Yeah, that one sung by PinkiePie. I'm not into ponies but the song reminded me of Etho's desire to please people. He is always building community works on his Minecraft servers and is very polite to the members and his viewers. This picture represents him dancing in his attempt to please all of the members of the Mindcrack community.
